For tomorrow’s Christmas party I have made an eggnog cheesecake.
Eggnog Cheesecake
Base:
A thin crust made of crushed ginger snap cookies
Cheesecake:
2 pkgs of Light Cream Cheese
Marshmallow fluff (in the place of sugar and vanilla)
Eggnog
A sprinkling of nutmeg
Topping:
Whipped cream
Marshmallow fluff
My teddy bear sewing project is nearing completion. Thanks to a family friend for the donation of a tie toward the project — the bear is for her grandson. Can’t wait to pass this along to the intended recipient for Christmas.
I recently bought a cookie decorating kit at Loblaws for $7.00 and decorated them with kids. The two pictured below are mine.
The colouring page was a free offering by Johanna Basford, I believe. I love owls and this was a lot of fun to colour.
